I had tried to save some money by coloring my hair at home. First what a pain. Second, what a disaster. I messed up big time and went into a major panic. I couldn't figure out what to do so I went to the internet looking for answers. After realizing this was way beyond my expertise to fix I searched for a salon to try and see if they could fix the error of my ways. Luckily I found Rene's Lagniappe and better yet I found Rene. I called and the lady answering the phone could tell I was in a panic and said to come right in and she would find someone for me to talk to about the situation. In less than 10 minutes I was there and in just a few minutes I was talking to Rene who assured me all could be fixed and not to worry.



I could tell she was very busy but she interrupted her day and instructed another hairdresser what to start doing and she would be right with us. I was starting to feel better and less panicky! To make a long story short, they took great care of me and I walked out feeling and looking great. To be honest I would of paid whatever they asked me but instead they charged what I thought was extremely reasonable and they now have a customer for as long as I live here! I would recommend to anyone who has never done color on themselves before to really think about that first and instead go to Rene's Lagniappe.

Friendly and professional staff. Excellent services. Worth the drive, if you don't live in McKinney (and I don't).
