Jay and the whole family go above and beyond!!! We were on the hunt for a reliable car for our 16 yr old son. The Tiburon that my son loved that they had on the lot was over our budget so he had his brother drive to his house the same day to get the one almost identical that was in our budget that they were about to put up for sale. Not to mention...on our way home I was following my son and the car stalled, so we thought it was the battery, well I couldn't get it to start with the jumper cables so I called Jay and within about 15 minutes he and his mechanic were there to help...turned out it wasn't the battery but something with the oil line. Stressed out and almost in tears, He said don't worry I'll take care of this for you and he got a tow truck out there and said he would tow it back to the shop and get it fixed for us! I mean who does that… Technically he didn't have to help us with anything after we drove off the lot! A+++ for customer service!!! Highly recommended!!!!

Courteous, efficient and good customer service. But, the guy is not honest.

Jay Azami and company are the epitome of the sleazy used car salesmen you always hear about. They advertise their cars as "CLEAN TITLE" and "ONE OWNER". When questioned about some signs of body repair, he will lie to your face and tell you it was just a fender bender. What he doesn't tell you, which I found out the hard way, was that all the airbags have deployed and were replaced by dummy units. To fool potential buyers, they will disconnect all airbag warning lights on the dash. He will also show you a clear blue Texas title. What he doesn't tell you is that is was purchased from an insurance company due to a total loss and your new title will arrive as salvaged/rebuilt. This was confirmed when I ran a Carfax, which also showed multiple owners of the vehicle. Please save yourself the trouble and do not trust this sleazebag like I did.
