THE WORST you can ever imagine! They called me to set up an appointment and I requested a 30 minutes notice. On the day of appointment they called me at 12:50 PM and told me their tech is on his way. At 1:09 PM (19 minutes later) they called me and told me that the tech left my house because no one was there! I said I requested a 30 minutes notice and talked to the owner of the company about the issue but she was rude and disrespectful. She said they cannot keep exact time and they need to pay their plumber by the hour! (REALLY NOW?!), I got home at 1:12 PM (22 minutes after the initial call) and faced a bill for the service request! ***STAY AWAY from this company*** They are liars and only after collecting the service fees. >>
