No hassle and the small one-room job is done in a day.

I hired him for a living room and hall. He estimated same day. Next day carpet was installed to our liking. He was 100% professional and respectful of our time schedules. Best rates ive found and fastest service.

He made excuses why he could not complete the laminate installation but only after cashing my deposit for materials. He showed one floor sample and purchased a different one that was 80% cheaper. One of his scams, he will quote you the price for materials, then actually purchase a cheaper material and keep the difference! He is not honest, he will look you in the eye and in the sweetest tone tell you a complete lie. Beware, beware, beware. Read his reviews and BBB complaint. He is in NC now...

I hired Jeremy to put new carpet in my house. After many poor excuses about why the work was not being done I cancelled the service. He refuses to return my $1500 deposit even though absolutely no work was done. I would give him zero stars if I could. Beware of using his service!!

This Man, Jeremy Friesen is a Fraud!

I am not one to write reviews but I decided to write this one because I wouldn't want what happened to us while doing business with Jeremy Friesen to happen to someone else. My husband and I found him on Angie's list and thought we would try him to install carpet in our new house as his prices sounded affordable. Jeremy came for measurement and asked that we pay half of our total cost for carpet and installation upfront. At the time, we thought he was credible so we did. He cancelled on us 3 times and after the third time he cancelled we told him that we wanted our money back because he was holding us back from moving in to our new house. He stopped answering the phone, stating via text that he couldn't talk and that he would call us back later. He never called back. My husband and I both called him and left messages but he would only respond via text which I think is HORRIBLE customer service! You don’t do business via text message. We finally filed a report with the police and when the police called he picked up the phone and told lies to the police that he wouldn't pick up the phone because he was in front of his children but he never bothered to call us back. He later texted us and stated that part of his return policy required that he charges us $50 for his time, $50 for the installer’s gas for picking up the carpet which we had never seen and $50 for restocking fee then he would mail us a refund check of the remainder. We had never seen or heard this policy mentioned anywhere when we agreed for service and to think that he would charge us for a service that was never delivered tells me that this man has no business or customer service skills. The least he could have done was own up to his mistake for cancelling on us 3 times and refund our money. Now, we have to go to civil court to get our money back. We learned to never ever pay upfront again until the service is done. That’s why I say that this man is a FRAUD, he basically stole our money!

Bought and paid for carpet. Cancelled install on us three times. Finally sent someone to install carpet only to send them with a much cheaper carpet than we paid for and without the upgraded pet pad we paid for. When we contacted him Jeremy Freisen to ask him what he planned to do he told the installer to just drop that cheaper stuff off and leave. Luckily the installer was an honest person and he worked with us to get the stuff we actually paid for. This process took three weeks to get one room carpeted. What a nightmare!!

Wow! If you want quality carpet, this is the guy to call! Jeremy Friesen was our angel! We received an incredibly high quote for carpet from Empire, for about 1150 sq. ft of carpeted area in my mother's new home. We thought we had a budget in mind, until we heard from Empire. I was lucky to find Jeremy through a Google search. There was a link to Friesen Carpet and Flooring on Facebook. I sent a message through FB initially, asking if he installed in Anna, TX. He responded within a half hour that he did cover the area and asked me to call his phone to discuss the job. I called the next morning and we met later that day and he installed carpet in our home for 1/4 the price that Empire had quoted us. , Yes, 1/4 the price! And... we purchased a beautiful carpet that was the same weight as the carpet that Empire had quoted us at 4K. Unbelievable. This is the guy to call if your looking for flooring, trust me. You won't be disappointed! There is a reason he has so many satisifed customers that speak well of him on FB. He is doing business the RIGHT way. Thanks Jeremy! Kate Winsett, Anna, TX

I found them on craigslist. I had them install new carpet in my whole house. They got it done quick. They had good prices too.
