I called to schedule a consultation for some landscaping and hardscaping for my new house. Danielle was the saleperson that returned my call. I told him a few things I was looking to do and he said that he "would be too expensive for me" and that I should contact a landscaper. I told him I wanted a design consultation so that I could see what else I could do. Again he said that I couldnt afford his services. When I asked how much money he was talking about "that I couldnt afford", he said "oh honey, I dont know without looking at your house"! what an idiot! if you dont know what my house looks like, how can you assume I cant afford it! And how unprofessional that you called me honey. you have lost my business and any of my "wealthy contacts" future business. Nice job Daniel at Dal Rich!
