I took my comforter to this cleaners and it was the worst experance. When I returned to collect my comforter it was thrown to the side on a cart. As I entered he told me, "Ive been waiting for you, your comfoter is no good" When I looked at my comforter I see the hem is coming apart. He informed me he had done nothing to it because it was brought in that way. I could tell it had been cleaned. There was nothing wrong with my comforter when I took it to them.

When I returned to pick up my comforter, again, it had been fixed with blue thread, my comforter is brown. I, of course, was not happy with the blue and the wife started screaming in her native language and he returned and said they would fix it. I returned today, for the third time, and the comforter was reparied, but I was treated very disrespectful and yelled at because I felt I should have recieved some kind of a discount for the situation. I was screamed at and told I was a bad customer. I did nothing wrong. Unfortunately, they did not take responsibility for the damage they caused to my property. They did fix it, but would never admit they caused the damage.

I will never return to this place of business.
