I purchased a pool liner from them about two years ago. They were supposed to have the liner installed by may and it was not done till July after many calls etc. Since immediately after the liner was installed it has been popping out around the edges and they had to come and repair it multiple time since. This summer when i went to open the pool, the entire side was off and when i told him i was not happy with the liner he screamed at me at the top of his lungs and told me he has helped me all these years and i have not appreciated it and hung up on me. i have used their services for repairs on my pump prior to them putting my liner in including a new installation of a pump and filter, but i have paid for those services. The liner has what they call liner lock around the sides and looks messy. It was expensive cost me around 5 k when said and done. I think giving one star is too many.
