Things such as type of cleaning, how much cleaning, and under what conditions, as well as the employee who will be the liaison between our businesses. After we have collected this information we create specifications and submit a proposal based on them. We also include references from local companies to help in your decision process. Upon acceptance of our proposal, we create periodic maintenance schedules for carpet cleaning, floor maintenance, and all the items not performed on a daily basis. Many operations managers say they love this feature because the answers to the questions they are asked daily are right in front of them. We provide a communications log book, designed to provide daily communications without having to make any phone calls. Right To Know information is provided to keep you in compliance with OSHA. This information includes your rights, our rights, and MSDS sheets that are required by law. Depending on the needs of your company we can take over the ordering of all supplies such as paper products, hand soap, air fresheners and trash liners. Usually we do this and save you money because we buy in bulk which means we pay less for volume orders. This is not an all inclusive list but is intended as an organizational tool.
