Provided by YP.comIf you can drive to Round Lake Beach or Crystal Lake, do it. Don't expect any more customer service than Peggy, from the Capital One commercials, from the management. Expect to have every service the store offers brought up and then pushed on you. I was made to feel stupid for not reserving a game! The fun atmosphere that surrounds video games is no where to be found here.
