Make sure that if the property you are moving into needs any repairs etc, you have it done before moving in or it won't be done and YOU will be charged for it. Photograph everything especially safety concerns. WeGo charged me hoa fees but never signed us up to get the benefits,kept all of our deposits even after their negligence to repair broken steps caused me injury and we had the house cleaned professionally. They charged us a cleanup fee for items THEY left in the home before we moved in. This is a Crooked company with terrible business practices.

Terrible customer service. An overwhelmed company that seems to operate like a chicken without a head. It's next to impossible to get anyone on the phone and leaving messages is pointless. Don't even think about getting your deposit back. We left our rental "immaculate" according to the person who did the move out walkthrough. Spent over $200 cleaning and painting the place respectfully. Then they turn around and said the place was trashed and refused to give our deposit back. Thieves and liars. DO NOT RENT THROUGH THIS COMPANY. You have been warned.
