I dropped my watch off to have a battery installed on July 1, 2016. Today (July 13th) I returned to pick up my watch. Mr. Gray emerge from the back of the store with my watch and informed me that he had not set the watch or calibrated it. The watch is a waterproof fitness watch. The manufacturer recommendation that the battery be replaced by a professional to guarantee it is done correctly and that the watch remains waterproof.



I told him this was bad customer service. He replied " 20 minutes and a cup of tea". Not understanding what he was saying I said excuse me. Confused I told him I don't understand what he is saying to which he replied, "then it should take you 20 minutes and a cup of tea to do it yourself".



I looked at him and said, "is this the type of customer service you provide now." He offered no apology for having inconvenienced me or blatantly lied about the service he would provide. Needless to say, I will never do business with Mr. Gray again.
