We have been going here for over 2 years and the first 3 cuts were good, but I noticed a slipping of the quality for the past year. I explained in detail what is to be done. The face and ears (all the scissor work was terrible). Also, I was told to bring him in at 8:30am and 3 other people showed up at the same time. Don't think there is more than two groomers, if that many
