This has got to be one of the best sporting goods stores around , if you like to be disrespected, talked to rudely , belittled, and taken as a fool. All of which I experienced from the workers and the owner of this store. Try losing an order of jerseys for a group of 13 three and four year old first time tee-ballers and never contacting the coach of the team until the day before pictures and the teams' first game. When asked what happened they responded with " oh, it's no big deal". Was the owner present the day of the pictures when their coach had to answer the repeated question of " why don't we have names and numbers on our shirts coach"? No she wasn't. I guess she doesn't value her customer's feelings or hard earned money. Also her suggestion for losing the list was just numbering the the children's jerseys 1 through 13 and just give them any number. That would have been great ,but when they asked for a specific number and didn't get what they asked for , that doesn't make to many people happy. I asked her how she would like to be in our shoes. She said she wouldn't like it to much. My response was , " do you think my parents and children would be happy then". To make a long story short, this company has no respect for their customers. I hope people who read this review will think about this before purchasing anything from this fine establishment. Your company is a joke. Note to the public, take your sporting good needs to Advantage Sporting Goods. You will not go wrong.
