Needed my dishwasher repaired. Was told it's a $90 service fee to come out and diagnose. Told me what was wrong and said that if I decided for them to repair it that they would charge parts plus labor and remove the $90 service fee. I asked what the full amount would be I needed to pay and he told me $364.48. When they came and did the repair they charged me $460.78. Said that the $90 would have been removed had I paid it the previous day. That's not what I was told on the phone. Very deceptive and not professional at all. Could have bought a brand new one for $30 more.
