Since you’ve called us first for so long, we simply changed our name to Rapid First Plumbing. I have used this company (as Rapid Rooter) for many years to deal with tree roots. Today, I could not get sprinklers off (tried every valve, etc.). Called these people. The service guy went to one valve I had forgotten about. $175 for showing up and like 1 minute. I figured since that is what they now charge to run the sewer line, I was buying a certain amount of time. I asked the guy to run the line for my $175. “Oh no, that would be another line. Extra charge.” Ridiculous. I will find a new company that charges appropriately.
