Called and they said they would be out after lunch around two I waited till three then decided to call and see if they were still going to come out no answer called again at 330 and no answer had to call a different plumbing company since I was out of water. Wasn't able to review their actual service but they surely need better communication for service calls.

I went to the company's website to look up its McAllen number and called to make an appointment for repair estimate. The plumber was no-show, and he didn't call to cancel/reschedule. When I contacted the company again using its website form, it didn't follow up and contact me back.

I had a plumbing emergency while I was moving back to San Antonio, so I looked up plumbers on my IFon and found AM-PM Plumbing. Clemente answered, which was a piece of mind since he is the owner and stated he would be right over. He assessed the situation and gave me an honest price, and began to work on two items that I needed repaired. The two jobs took him about 3 hours, and he and his helper cleaned up both areas after they finished. I would recommend AM-PM Plumbing to everybody for an honest and professional job.

They showed up when they said they would and completed the work in no time at all. Great customer service, quick response time, fair pricing, and most important fixing the problem the first time. I'd give him 10 stars if i could. I was thoroughly impressed with the service, honesty, timeliness, and demeanor of this company. They came out, found the problem, gave me the options available, and then allowed me to make the decision. This was all done at a great price. I will use them exclusively for all my plumbing needs.
