I Bought some heat cable from their website and they shipped it to me in just a few days when they said it would be at least 2 weeks. Was very happy with the cable. I installed it on a roof of one of my houses in Colorado so that the snow would melt and not pile up causing leaks. Overall it worked very well. The snow started melting and in about an hour the whole bottom part of my roof was clear of snow. It bends very easily, and also it has a very durable feel. I think it will last a while.

So I installed it, on my roof to stop the snow up here in Maine from piling up and making my roof leak. It was pretty easy to bend, it didn't have any dead zones which is what I was worried about. I was very impressed.
