My company has used iCore for more than 4 years now. We are satisfied with call quality. The phone do have advanced features that are difficult to adapt to at first. One thing I would suggest is on site training as soon as the phones arrive. Other than that our time with them has been great.

I'm a small business owner and iCore Networks provided my company with the exact Unified Communication solution that we needed. Their staff has been professional, courteous, and attentive to our company's growing need. The voice quality of the phone system they gave us sounds great, and the data network we now have is precisely what we needed. I would recommend iCore to any business out there looking to upgrade their communications.
