Craig and Tony have been doing my taxes for over 18 years. They are beyond professional. They gave me peace of mind with answers to all of my questions and showed me what was happening with my tax return step by step. I will be back next year!

We've used Rossetti Tax & Accounting as our personal and business accountant for over 5 years now, and they have been extremely professional and responsive. Craig and his staff are always friendly and willing to lend a hand when needed.

Rossetti tax has the most rude an degradingwr5 staff working in that office starting with the owner Craig Rossetti. They tried charging $50 addendum fee bc they said ~i forgot to tell them I had a baby.Thats usually the first thing out of your mouth when talking to your accountant, you get a pretty large refund for giving birth! The secretary was so rude to me and then had the nerve to hang right up on me!!! Called back to speak to Craig, on the verge of tears he said "sorry you feel that way. We cant service you any more!" HUH?? Are you kidding me??? Even if I was wrong, and didnt tell the person handling my taxes I had a baby...who treats their PAYING customers like that???

Dont worry Craig, I had no intentions on letting you/office handle my taxes! I'll give $350 to an accountant that knows how to be nice to their customers! SMH
