FIRST OFF, DESERVES 0 STAR ! ITS FAR FROM JUST "DISAPPOINTING" ITS DOWN RIGHT "RIDICULOUSNESS" AT THIS PLACE LET ME TELL YOU. BRIAN, MATT, AND DAVE ARE TECHNICIANS THERE AND SEEM LIKE ALL GOOD GUYS. THEY WERE VERY HELPFULL AND THEIR SUGGESTIONS AND ADVICE TO ME WAS ALL 5 STAR ! THAT GOT THEM IN TROUBLE. HERE WE GO !!! THE PROBLEM IS MR. MANAGER [GODS GIFT TO MUFFLER WORLD] "MIKE SEMANCIK" [AND YES, THE MANISSICK!] TOUGH GUY [WANNA BE FOR SURE] AND WANTS YOU TO KNOW IT ! OH, HES THE MAN LADIES ! ARROGANT ? THE BEST AT IT. LOW LIFE LOOKING LIKE OUTLAW ? ABSOLUTELY. MENTALLY UNSTABLE ? BIG TIME. SICK MAN ? VERY. HIS FACE LOOKS LIKE ITS BEEN SMASHED IN, A NUMBER OF TIMES. HUM ? I THOUGHT ABOUT IT. THEN I THOUGHT BETTER. ROBINSON POLICE HAVE BEEN CALLED TO THIS SITE A NUMBER OF TIMES ? HUM ? WONDER WHY ? WHY WOULD MIDAS OF AMERICA HAVE A GUY LIKE MIKE SEMANSICK ? HOPEFULLY NOT BECAUSE HE IS A PROFESSIONAL "RIP OFF ARTIST". MIDAS WOULDNT DO THAT, WOULD THEY ? COME ON MIDAS, IM JUST ONE OF HUNDREDS OF COMPLAINTS. DO SOMETHING ! BUT THEN AGAIN, THIS IS AMERICA, MAYBE HE MAKES YOU BIG &&& AND THATS ALL THAT MATTERS ? I SURE HOPE NOT. TO BRIAN, MATT, AND DAVE, HOW CAN YOU WORK FOR THIS MIKE GUY ? ID GO ON WELFARE, SOMETHING, ANY THING. YOU GUYS ARE TOO GOOD FOR HIM. HE HAS TO EMBARASS YOU DAILY AND WE KNOW IT DONT WE ? THIS MIDAS OF ROBINSON, I WOULD NOT RECOMEND TO MY WORST ENEMY IF I HAD ONE. LOOK IN THE MIRROW SEMANCIK, I KNOW YOURE IN LOVE WITH YOUR SELF. LOOK HARDER, DEEPER, OH SO PRETTY. FALSE REALITY JERK. SMART FOLKS CAN SEE RIGHT THROUGH YOU & PICK YOU APPART. THEY SURE DONT SEE WHAT YOU SEE ! YOU WANT TO SEE HIM FLY OFF ? ASK HIM IF THEY USE "STAINLESS STEEL TUBING" > THATS A BIG NO NO IN THIS SHOP. HE TOLD HIS GUYS THE TERM "STAINLESS STEEL" IS NOT TO EVEN BE MENTIONED IN "HIS" SHOP. HE WANTS IT TO RUST OUT IN 2 YEARS TO GET YOU BACK. I HAVE NEVER THOUGHT LESS FOR ANY SINGLE ONE HUMAN BEING IN MY ENTIRE LIFE TIME. HOWS THAT BIG BAD SEMANCIK ? I ALREADY KNOW, YOU DONT CARE ! AND BELIEVE IT. JIMMY CRACK CORN AND I DONT CARE EVEN MORE SO !!! SO IN CLOSING AND REALLY JUST KIDDING WHEN I SAY THIS, BUT, IF I WERE DRIVING ALONG AND I CAME UPON YOU LAYING ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD WITH YOUR UGLY GUTS HANGING OUT SIDE YOUR BODY, I WOULD SWERVE OVER AND RUN OVER YOUR GUTS !!!!!!!!! WHAT A BETTER WORLD IT WOULD BE !!!!!!

Tonight the Midas manager Mike Semancik got angry that
I disagreed on the price estimate, sent me out of the working
area, so that I could not see, and partually pulled the
wires out of my fuse box by the driver seat.

After not even few minutes of driving after I left my dash-board went black,
and the car started stumbling. I had to come back to Midas,
call Robinson police and report vandalism. When the Midas manager
Mike Semancik saw two police cars by Midas, he 'allowed'
his service people to put my fuse box back together, at it was
before he vandalized it.

His Customer Service is quite disgusting: looks like a
low life outlaw to me, who is in addition to it a very mentally
unstable, sick man.

This Midas location is the best and is working out for my family and me. I have been going there for many years and have received courteous, honest service from the manager, Michael to the service men. We have had service on all our vehicles. I have referred others here and they were very satisfied. I will continue to go there.

This is one of the worst Midas locations if you want to be treated like an idiot and ripped off! The guy at the counter, Mike, was surly and somewhat condescending when I refused their extra service. I took my rather new car to them for it's 1st oil change. I am then told i need a new tire and a few other services adding up to about $300.



I have an extended warranty at the dealership, so I proceeded to set an appointment. The unfix able tire according to Midas is now sealed and the $300 worth of service according to them was actually a $75 bill at the dealership.



After relaying this tale to many friends, I have had 4 people with similar stories regarding this location. One friend was told their tire could not be fixed because of where the puncture was located. He took his car to Walmarts, who said it was fix able and then proceeded to drive with no issues for 7 months. The tire was replace due to balding with age...NOT Midas' unfix able tire.
