This business has been taken over by new management. We had no trouble with the old owners. The new owners attempted to cut our lock off due to an employee that wasn;t paying attention. Ours was not the correct one that was to be cut off for non-payment. They contacted us and we had to purchase a new lock to replace the one they ruined. They did offer a lock but it was cheap and was not the quality of the one we had on it. We were very unhappy with the unconcerned attitude by the employee/owners. We will be moving our belongings at the end of this month.

My son (who is in the military) and I placed all of his belongings in a large unit at Sand-Sto while he was overseas. After 13 months, everything was in perfect order. The facility is VERY nice and safe. We would use them again.
