I called around to multiple septic services this morning because our septic alarm was going off. Ramsey's was the first place to return my call. He informed me that my tank may not be full, and it could be another problem such as a bad electrical wire or another problem. He also had me turn off the breaker to see if that would make the alarm go off, it that worked!!! He easily could have come out here and had us pay a service fee, but he was able to help me for free on the phone! I was very surprised and grateful for his free advice! We will definitely be using this company when we do, in fact, need our tank pumped. Thank you!
