Provided by YP.comWe purchased a vacuum on Saturday morning and were very disappointed in its performance when we got home. I called the shop after hours and my call was returned within an hour and he met us the same Saturday evening and worked with us to find a better vacuum which I love! His service was AMAZING!!! I left with so much more than I expected. I will be a customer as long as he’s there. We ended up with the Riccar Brilliance and I can’t imagine finding a better vacuum!
