Our home warranty company opened a service call with ASAP Appliance Repair. From the first interaction it was evident that this is a poorly run business. They would not return calls inquiring when they would arrive to perform repairs, did not have the proper parts when they did show up, would simply miss appointments with no explanation or notification, and left us in a state where they not only failed to correct the reason for our call (icemaker not producing ice), but caused other problems (no water from the water dispenser after they replaced a water intake valve).

I called this Company on a Sunday expecting no Answer but to my surprise I not only received an Answer but I also received an Appointment for that day! The lady that answered the phone was very courteous and so helpful in giving me direction as to what could be the issues and quoted me various prices on parts as well as labor to install the parts and the service fee for the Guy to come out and diagnose it for me. The Technician came out to my house less than an hour later and told me exactly what it was and what my options were. He had it repaired within 1 hour with the part installed. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs an honest quick service repair. The technician that came to my home was very nice and even advised me on what to do about my microwave for free. This is a company I will use again and again in the future!! THANKS ASAP
