This landlord is rip off, they try to increse your rent every possible way.

They won't let you sign the lease a month ahead of moving date if you are moving within the community, and at the same time they will deduct the security deposit for not giving them one months notice....it's a catch and you end up loosing money.



Rent is less but trus me, they try to deduct your security deposit and you end up paying even more.......heat is garbage...the old boiler style.....i can rate zero.
