I had a pleasant experience with a previous project they did for me, but recently I went in for another service and the job was not as professional as I would've liked. Talented? Yes. Nice? Yes. But when there is a problem, instead of trying to help they gave me a list of excuses as to why my project wasn't perfect. I went in for invitations and they were cut crooked and they accidentally cut off letters off of the invitation. In I go and it's a bunch of excuses. If I'm paying for a job then I expect it to be professionally done. I'm not asking for anything free!!! If it's not possible to get what I'm asking for then why would they not tell me instead of going ahead and charging me and giving me crap work. The design team is amazing, and it's such a shame they let me down because I won't be returning.
