Got tired of those leaky faucets and finally decided to do something about it. I called Smart Plumbing. Their response was quick and professional. Ronnie and his helper were friendly and explained my problems and what was needed to make the repairs. They were diligent and efficient in getting the job done. I was not shocked by the fees and costs and believe that I got quality service at a reasonable price. Contact info for Smart Plumbing has been added to my phone contacts. I will definitely use them again as the need arises.

Humbled myself and made the Smart decision. Called Ronnie this morning around 7:30 and he said it would be after lunch before he could get to me but that he would be here. A man of his word; shortly after lunch he was in my driveway ready to fix my issues. Thanks Ronnie for your work and professionalism, very reasonable rates and service with a smile.

Calling Smart Plumbing is just that...Smart! They do great work! They get it done quickly. They're always courteous and professional and actually clean up after themselves! When was the last time you saw that!?!? The prices are also very reasonable. I highly recommend to everyone!

I called this plumbing company in a panic when my septic line clogged up. Within two hours he was at my home working on it and had it fixed less than an hour later. I could not have asked for quicker service or for anyone nicer. The bill was also extremely reasonable. I will definitely use this company again if I need help in the future.

I would highly recommend Smart Plumbing. Answered my call within minutes. Came out the next day fixed frozen pipes and kitchen drain. Stayed late until the job was finished. Reliable, dependable, honest, professional definitely call Ronnie again.

HE WAS EXTREMELY COURTEOUS AND ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS WITH REGARDS TO MY PLUMBING AND THE WORK HE DID FOR ME. This business is very professional; like others wrote, they do what they say they will and stay until its right. Mr. Ronnie is patient when answering your questions and explaining what he is doing in a way that anyone anyone could understand. Without hesitation I would recommend this business. He put in a dishwasher for me and my neighbor also through contract with Lowes.

Great service - came when they said they would. Patiently looked at several problems and fixed them all quickly and affordably. I highly recommend this company to anyone in Western KY looking for honest, reliable service!

While perhaps not the cheapest in town, these folks actually CARE about the job they do. Super friendly. Identified the problem straight away, corrected it and were just all around great. They were resourceful, answered questions and seemed to be real and honest people. Definitely recommend.
