Called after hours as a new client needing information on local medical equipment providers. The lady I spoke with was very knowledgable of Medicare requirements, local MDs, insurance filing and not at all bothered by the fact I called after the office was closed. She was very concerned and courteous. I will be calling back for help with setting up a totally handicap friendly home -- wheelchair, hospital bed, bathing, etc.
