I worked here once before and had a bad experience with this place. I didn't like what I saw. This facility is unorganized. They are very short handed and slow about checking on their residents. Some residents don't get bath properly, instead of assisting them with a shower they sit them on the toilet and wipe residents. One lady was left in her wheelchair for hours, because a CNA didn't want to put her in her chair. Also, that same lady was dropped in the floor by 2 CNA's, because they didn't like the residents attitude. Residents would call for 30 minutes to 1 hour, awaiting for someone to assist them. Some LPN's and Nurses sit on the computer playing games, chating, watching movies, and do their homework online, awaiting on someone to answer these Residents. These residents pay thousands a month extremely too much and still get neglected and treated so poorly. I have witness a lot of negative things, while on the job. This is no place for my Mother, Father, and Loved Ones.
