Jb concrete quoted and completed an $8,000 patio and sidewalk job at my home in Perryburg. During the removal of the old patio they broke one of my fence posts (split rail fence). I immediately showed the owner Joe the damaged Prior to the completion of the job and he said he would have it replaced. This was November of 2019. I have called several times and have been told several times they would replace it. I was told by 1. Joe the owner 2. Shelby the office lady and 3. Dan a worker that it would be replaced. It’s July 24th 2020 and the post is still broke. This repair would cost less than $50 and the owner is now saying the post is rotted and he won’t replace it, the post is not rotted. I would not do business with this company, false promises and to be honest the finish work on the concrete coloring done by the owner Joe is not very good, I would rate it 5 out of 10. Buyer beware, lesson learned for paying in full before damage was corrected. Don’t trust Joe or Jb Concrete.
