Never seen so many vacuums in one place, we were interested in buying a bagless vacuum for allergies and glad we went here. Salesman showed us like 20 different vacuums and we chose the Simplicity. Wife and I couldn't be happier!

We have 2 dogs and 2 cats so we need our vacuum service regularly. Got our broken Dyson back like new the same day. Love this place.

Dropped off two Dyson’s vacuums , one full size one wall hanging battery powered . Was told the clutch and lower assembly needed replaced and the wall hanging battery powered one cleaned . My son dropped them off on a Thirsday and he said it would be over $200 to fix final cost $225.17 Was told vacuums would be done later that day or next day . Well we waited actually a week before we made it back to pick them up only because of our work schedules. Wife went thirsday , My card was charged for repairs on Thursday July 12 $225.17 when we made it back a week later on the following Thursday figuring they would be well done he hadn’t even finished and she waited 20 min and he brought out someone else’s vacuum ? He finally brought out both our vacuums and did help her load them . Wife used the big vacuum which seemed to work a little better but the small one was not fixed cleaned or anything and still surging and shutting on and off . I googled it watched a video on how to take it apart which took me 5 min to do and found it wasn’t even touched , I spent 5 min cleaning it out real good put it back together and it works just fine no problems ! Very unhappy with this shop and will never go back to Great Lakes again and will be asking for a refund ! Moral of the story google it watch a video and you can fix it yourself if you want it done right !

Very very fine! I am so pleasantly pleased with the service I received on my vacuum that wasn't doing what its supposed to do. I dealt with Jay, who I found most knowledgeable and efficient. I had expected to have to leave my vacuum there for pick up at a later date, but he was able to diagnose and fix the problems right there on the spot. Today I used the vacuum, and could not believe the difference -- Jay was spot on with what he fixed -- so nice to receive such good customer service which is something I'm very frustrated with these days almost everywhere I go. Thank you Jay! I will recommend Great Lakes Vacuum and you whenever the opportunity arises.

This store has the most vacuums I have ever seen in one location, 5 x times the selection of other stores in the area. One of the things that surprised me, was 3 vacuum lines that are made in the USA.
I definitely would recommend checking this place out .

Just was driving by and saw this place!
I am soooooo happy we have a new vacuum cleaner store.
I took my Kirby in for service and got it back the same day!
