This place used to be great! I delivered my first child with Dr. Zerkle and Dr. Moore and they were wonderful! Unfortunately the doctors at Matthews have decided that they no longer need to provide any level of customer service and very much make it clear that they could care less about patients! Dr. Sweeney is the worst! I am writing this review to hopefully warn others from making the mistake of trusting these awful people with your care and certainly not the care of your precious baby! I'm not sure how they can continue to practice with so many other wonderful places in Charlotte! Their office staff is utterly horrendous and are allowed to treat patients as less than human! it's a shame that some people are subjected to this type of treatment and please for your sake avoid them!
