I'm a General Contractor building both residential and commercial projects. Since I 1st started with A&D Heating & Air 6-7 years ago I have been very pleased with both residential and commercial installs. My customers also had a good experience and have called him back for service work.

A&D also has worked on my personal home. He could have charged for more expensive parts but didn't. He save me a lot of money on my personal home. I would give him a good recommendation to anyone and have and will continue. I believe A&D is very knowledgeable in his line of work. RG

The equipment in Jack W.'s home did not have the 10 year labor warranty you thought you had. This was verified through the manufacturer. The owner of 5 Star/ Eco Mechanical Solutions, (James Ritchie ) didn't put it on your equipment. A and D Heating and Air Conditioning purchased customer contact and warranty information only. We cannot honor a manufacturer warranty on equipment that does not exist. I am sure the HVAC Company you called out after us told you the same and billed you accordingly. Because you refused to believe the truth doesn't make the messenger of that truth a jerk or the company a rip off.

This company is a true rip off. I would not let this jerk David into your home. Not honest nor are they concerned about their customers. He came to my house on a service call under warranty but said he bought 5 star 2 months ago and that the company 5 star lied to all their customers and he was in a law suit with the previous owners about all the claims. Bottom line his problems soon became mine. Just a big fat jerk.

Owner is not qualified to work on all types of units that he performs services on. Had him in my home working on a water source system. A year later and 2K less, system still does not work. I should have known he was not competent when he mentioned he couldn't fix a similar system in his own home. Too late then, money was already spent. He also does not honor manufacturer warranty.

This company is not listed with the BBB. They entered my home with only my babysitter and two young children present after I specifically asked they schedule an appointment. They were called to service my compressor but also serviced my blower on their own accord. My blower now does not work, and I have no recourse with the warranty company because A&D submitted paperwork stating my AC unit has not been properly maintained.
