Went for the one direction concert, I think everyone there was. The hotel staff was friendly and the hotel was very close the venue the concert was held at. My husband and I and our kids had a great stay and would stay there again.

Stayed at the hotel for the weekend, the rooms very clean, and the staff VERY professional. Great value for the money! Lots to do & eat nearby. Ideal for families with children.

Very friendly employees. (smiling and very helpful) The breakfasts were great. The entire building was clean in appearance and attractive. We will definately be visiting in the future.

Close to a lot of restaurants, shopping and nightlife. My room was very comfortable. I love the attached porch it was great we were there for a family reunion. The staff was excellent they went out of the way to make sure we were comfortable.

All I could have asked for. A great location, very friendly service, very clean, just a good travel experience.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in Illinois this trip. Nothing "walked away" from our room, and the staff were very polite as well as helpful with all inquiries.

Had a very pleasant stay at Country Inn & Suites Matteson. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and the breakfast was great. Saved us a lot of money by eating at the hotel and the selection was good. Stayed here to save $ since we were visiting Chicago...an easy 30 min drive into the city & well worth the drive to save the extra $. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

I was in town for my close cousin's funeral and although it had been a long drive and I hadn't been able to sleep since I hearing she had died, I didn't expect to get any rest at the hotel; it's hard for me to sleep in strange places. The down pillows form to support your head and neck just right, and I believe the mattress was a memory foam mattress; [] I didn't feel the counterpressure coil mattresses put on your body making you toss and turn through the night. I admitt that the pool was dirty the last time I stayed (about 1 year ago), but that issue has been corrected. Awsome place to stay and worth every penney:o)

The continental breakfast was excellent! A plentiful option of breakfast goodies and also healthy morning foods. The room was clean but the only complaint was the bed was very firm so a bit harder to sleep in but non-the-less we slept sound. The front desk service was great, friendly, and courteous! The race that we were suppose to be at on Sunday was [] postponed to Monday and we were nervous we were not able to find a place but we called and reserved a king suite for that night! Overall--very pleased and we would definitely stay again when we come back for future races or visits :)

I would recommend this hotel for a weekend trip. The stay at the hotel wasn't the main focus of our trip. It suited our purpose well and that was to see some friends and also a bit of chicago. the free breakfast was decent but at cut off time they promptly turned off the juice machine and collected the food, then pressured all to leave the dining area
