Carlos mishandled my complain about being charged $95+$175 for a safe box I never used. They mislead me when I helped a friend of mine to open a box, I was misunderstand, and become a victim.

Bank got to big and greedy, they do not care about you.

I have to close all my account .

Very disappointed.

I love Bank of America. I am so glad they are my bank. They have a wonderful program called keep the change where everytime you use your debit card the it is rounded off to the nearest dollar and the change goes into your savings. Once a year they match what you have saved. It is great. They also have lots of branches and atms so you are never far from Your bank. Their online banking is also very secure and convienent.
