Provided by YPmobileI will be the first to tell you im not a breakfast person, but it was a long drive and I was very hungry.So after glancing at the menu I decided on the Puerto Omelette.(I thought why not)My plate was served with a green salsa which I spread over my plate. After the first bite my taste buds were going crazy. Can an omelette really be this good? I went there twice after the initial visit just to make sure I wasn't mistaken or maybe to prove that it wasn't just a byproduct of extreme hunger on the first visit. Let me tell you, it's one great omelette.
