I oredered a refrigerator and stove from Lowe's in Matamoras, PA back in February amongst many other things as we are redoing our home. Here it is June and we have had nothing but problems, the doors were uneven so they came and changed one of them when they changed the one door the scratched the other. After changing the other door the doors are uneven one sticks out further than the other. As of 2 months ago they were supposed to order a new one and change the whole thing. 5 months later and I am still sitting here with the same refrigerator. I get phone calls once in awhile asking if my "case" has been closed. I explain to the person then am told they will look into it and I will receive a phone call back shortly and never here anything. I'll call and they will say it will be in a certain day and I never hear anything once again. I am very disappointed after all the money I've spent in that store and will be taking my business elsewhere as we still are in the process of remodeling.
