I leased my first Subaru today from Rick Spieth. He was very helpful in talking to me about the different vehicle options and letting me test drive several cars until I found the right fit. I never felt pressured to make a decision which was so nice. I'm very happy with my new Impreza and would definitely go back to Rick for my future Subaru cars!

I recently came into Waikem to make my very first vehicle purchase. The facility was clean and the staff was helpful and kind. Matt Drexler made my experience surprisingly easy and fast. He listened to my concerns and explained the pros and cons thoroughly of each vehicle I showed interest in and helped me narrow down my search. I bought a 14 Nissan Rogue and it is perfect for my needs!

I assisted my family member in the purchase of a Legacy Subaru from Rick Spieth. I must say my first introduction to Waikem Subaru by another salesman was not positive because that salesman spoke in language that wasn't factual, accurate, specific, and he was not timely in his promises - therefore I had no trust in his words. It was agreed that if we were going to continue with this purchase I would be able to work the deal out with Rick. This became a wonderful experience. Rick was not only kind, honest, and educated in his speech, his words were trustworthy. Rick would tell me he would obtain certain information and he did so as timely as he promised. Rick made himself available to me not only during work hours but while on his personal holiday. Rick put 100% energy into this transaction and handled the entire deal 'soup to nuts', to use a phrase my Grandma would use. The reputation for car salesman in my experience is lacking but Rick turned that reputation around. He can be an example to his peers. I hope he receives the credit for this sale. It was a pleasure and honor to purchase the 2015 Legacy from Rick. Thank you for all that you did so that my family member is now driving a safe and reliable vehicle. Yours truly.

Erik Bettinger was my salesman, and he was very nice to work with. He was professional and did an excellent job showing all that I needed to know about my new 2015 Forester. I have a friend who is buying a Forester later this year, I am recommending that she talk to Erik. The experience was enjoyable, and I plan to buy cars here in the future.

Steve Turner was my salesman and he was great. He helped me get my Subaru Impreza and my experience was wonderful. He treated me with respect. Everyone was really nice. I will go back when I want another car.

It's been a few months now that I have had my Subaru Legacy that Rick S helped me purchase and I am still loving it. He helped me through the whole process making sure I was getting EXACTLY what I wanted. I live in the snow belt and have never felt more confident and safe when driving in a snow storm as I do in my Subi! So worth the trip to Massilon! This is my second Subaru and I am trying to get my sister into a Forester now. I don't think I will ever NOT buy a Subaru.
