I recently purchased my 2017 Kia from Jeff. It was the smoothest and most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. It started wirh my phone call with Lexie. She is professional, imformative and pleasant. My salesperson Jeff is knowledgeable about all the features of the vehicle, available rebates, as well as being professional and personable. Everyone I came in contact with was professional and clearly had a passion about excellent service to their customers. I'm extremely impressed with Waikem.

I purchased my 2nd Mitsubishi Outlander from Terry warren this week! She really took the time to help me get my car. She showed me all the new features and even hooked up my phone. I recommend Terry if you are looking for a salesperson that will take the time you need. She really knows her Mitsubishi!

I have been looking for a green, practical, thrifty, vehicle so I stopped into Waikem's on Fri, 1-30-15, just "for the heck of it". As I was browsing vehicles, Carl approached me and asked if I had questions. I told him my situation and he invited me inside (where it was nice and warm!). He brought a few vehicles to my attention but what caught my eye was the Mitsubishi Mirage. Carl was so helpful in my decision making for the Mirage as he knew the vehicle well. He took me for a test drive and I knew it was for me and that I wanted the car that day. I have been telling everyone about Carl and now I have finally been able to give a review.
