I have to give a 5 star rating across the board to Bob McHue and the entire staff at Waikem Hyundai. Just brought our Sonata Hybrid in for what turned out to be a minor fix thanks to Charles Minner in the Service Department. The time spent with Bob McHue while waiting was time well spent. Bob is so knowledgeable about all vehicles in the line up. It's a pleasure to learn from him. We depend on Bob to apprise us of the of all the latest technology which is often a challenge for us as seniors. Again thank you Bob McHue for your commitment to excellence.

From the time I first contacted Olivia on the web site on a car I had been chasing around the area. I knew that this dealership was different in a good way, as compared to other dealers I have dealt with in the past. Olivia was very professional and got me all the answers to my questions in a timely manner. Don the store manager was welcoming and also very professional and helpful with all my question and made our car purchase very enjoyable. Nick our sales person was very knowledgable with cars and how to make you feel at ease with the dealership and the purchasing process. We traveled four hours for the car I had viewed on the Internet, only to be welcomed and treated like family. I would do it again in a heartbeat! The Waikem family makes you feel apart of their family. Thank you Olivia, Don and especially Nick for a great friendly and warm buying experience.

When I decided to start looking around for options on a newer vehicle, I was a little apprehensive. I had been driving an older car for years, all paid for, and was just beginning to research what I might be interested in. Car buying can be daunting and stressful sometimes, but I knew I'd have to take the first steps eventually.



After speaking with several friends and neighbors, I decided to check out Hyundai, and specifically the Elantra. I wasn't looking to buy new, just newer. Then I stopped into Waikem Hyundai to see what options I might have available to me.

I met with Bill, the sales manager, and after minutes I was relaxed. He asked all the right questions and allowed me to think about what type of car and payment range I would be comfortable with. Once I settled on the Elantra, he set up a test drive and I knew I had found the car I wanted.

Bill then introduced me to Bob Mchue. Bob was instantly personable, courteous and helpful every step of the way. Not only did I buy newer, I decided to go new with the 2016 Elantra! Bob coached me through the entire process of the purchase; never once did I feel pressured or coaxed. After I picked up my car, Bob followed up days later to answer questions I had, and to be sure everything was up to my expectations. Truly a great group of sales and service staff and just plain good people. As someone who has purchased several cars in his life, I would have to rate this as one of the most pleasant and satisfying experiences I've had. I would certainly recommend Waikem Hyundai if you're in the market for a new car! And as for the Elantra? Really great car...I highly recommend a test drive!

I was actually dreading the thought of turning in my leased Sonata for two reasons: I loved the car, but I hated the whole car-buying process! Nothing infuriates me more than being pushed by car salesmen to "drive & sign" the same day! I am the type of person that likes to have time to weigh my options, without being pressured into anything. My salesperson, Vaughn West, asked all the right questions. He knew what I liked, what I didn't like, my concerns and then answered all of MY questions. He gave to me my options, positives and negatives to each & made me feel comfortable with my decision. The best part of the experience was the time that he took with me to explain all of the features of my new Sonata. What impresses me most with Vaughn is that the relationship hasn't stopped since I "signed on the dotted line" and he sold yet, another car. He has called to ask if I had any questions on the features of the car, he confirmed with me that he informed the insurance company of the change-over, etc. He is ensuring that I have received the best service possible. I will not dread the end of my lease in three years if I have the opportunity to work with Vaughn.

This is the second vehicle I have purchased at Waikem Hyundai.The entire staff was friendly and professional. My salesman today was Gary Grant and he made the entire process enjoyable from start to finish. Just a really nice guy who does a great job ! I will most definitely recommend Waikem to anyone looking for a new car !

I've always have have great experiences when dealing with Waikem. This was my first time dealing with Hyundai. My experience was great! From the time I walked into the door to the time I drove off of the lot in my new vehicle, the service was exceptional! -- My salesman Lee Giavasis was great! Anyone looking for a car, Waikem Hyundai is the place to go & Lee Giavasis is the guy to see! :-)

This is the fifth new car I have purchased over the past 35 years, and I can say that this was the most enjoyable buying experience I have ever experienced. Vaughn West made my buying experience fun and enjoyable and I didn't drive away wondering "what have I done." He also put me in the car that was best for me. I went into the dealership wanting to buy the Sonata, but I ended up driving away with the Elantra and I am really happy with my choice. The Sonata was to much car for me and I think Vaughn knew that because I drove in with a small car. I love my new Sonata! Sales Associate Vaughn West knew everything About the Sonata so on my way out of the lot I didn't have any problems with trying to figure out how to operate any of the wonderful features that comes with the car. Service was excellent! Mr. West was very patient and made sure all my needs were met as we closed out the purchase. I would definitly refer someone to Waikam to purchase a car.
