Over the years, I have purchased two vehicles and had service/maintenance work done at Southern Connection. I am completely satisfied with my experiences there and will be a return customer in the future. I would recommend Southern Connection without hesitation or reservation. Great customer service before and after the sale from this family run business.

I have purchased 3 vehicles plus from the Southern Connection. He sells only quality and stands behind his vehicles. I was present when the sales took place between Ms. Schmaltz's boyfriend and Southern Connection. Bought a 4x4 truck, did not want it after 2 days, traded for 2 wheel drive Suburban. Few days later realized did not want it so tried to make FALSE accusations about the vehicle to try and get Southern Connection to buy it back. We all know in this day and age you need to do your research on anything you read. If I ever need another vehicle, going to Southern Connection! And to you Suzie Schmaltz..REALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have bought many cars and had many worked on from Southern Connection the last 20yrs. I know where I will always be returning too!! They are very picky about the cars they work on and sale. U want quality repair and cars go to Southern Connection.

I have done business with Southern Connection for many years and their consistency in offering quality cars and service is exemplary. Massillon needs more businesses like them. To say that they have junk there is simply ridiculous.... and an insult to common sense. I would encourage people to see for themselves before making any negative judgements on fair and friendly family businesses like Southern Connection.
