2 weeks worth of missed pick-ups for trash. Calls to get a recovery pick up meant being on hold for 5-10 minutes per call. The result of these calls were promises that were not kept. 3 weeks later and the pile of bags infront of my house continues to grow.

I think their customer service tries, but their operations people are unreliable.

If I could rate them using a negative number I would. Absolutely the worst. I have had to call them for every recycling pickup, multiple times. Horrible!!!

The absolute worst service! I have to call them at least every other week because they will not pick up my recycling. Must be nice to only have to do your job 50% of the time. I’m so over it. I would never recommend them to anybody!!!
