I was so impressed with the service that this company provided when my furnace stopped working early on a Sunday morning. I called the emergency services number at 8:30 and by 10:30 my furnace was fixed. They also did not charge a ridiculous after-hours fee for coming on a Sunday. The technician explained exactly what was wrong with the furnace and how to prevent it from occurring again. I would recommend this company to anyone and I will definitely be contacting them any time I need service on my furnace or AC unit.

I wanted to take a moment to express my complete satisfaction with Pefect Comfort Heating & Cooling. I learned of them through a friend. They exlained everything that my home needed and provided a solution that had no surprises. I purchased an American Standard furnace and air conditioning system.



My air conditioner was out in the hot days of June. They promised I would have cool air on the first day. I did indeed. The work was done quickly and when they left, it was dificult to tell that they had even been here.



I have already recommended them to my brother and my mother-in-law.

Finley a rare find in today service world, a company that preaches service during their sales pitch and actually provides it after the sale. I can not begin to tell you how happy I was with the entire experience that I had with Perfect Comfort Heating and Cooling. From the sales call all the way through the install, they where knowledgeable and professional. I truly believe that they had my best interest in mind, and went above and beyond. They even made energy solution suggestions outside the scope of their project.



I was extremely impressed with the install process where they went to great lengths to make sure that they where clean and courteous, when they left it was like they where never there.



I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone that has a heating and cooling need. I can only hope that the other service providers out there can learn a lesson in customer service by their example. My experience was “PERFECT”
