I contacted Joe Lechner (Canton location) to come out to my house and give me an estimate on a kitchen remodel...he came out within a week, took all the measurements, and told me he would be in touch with the estimate in approximately 2 weeks.....I thought that was a little long, but I politely said that was fine...2 weeks passed, and I heard nothing from Joe...by the time the 3rd week rolled around, I called Joe and asked him if he had any time to work on my estimate..he said, "no..that's a big project, maybe in another week or so I'll have it done".....wtf???...weeks have since passed, and I've heard NOTHING from him...since then, I've found another company to get my job done...it just shocks me that Home System Solutions would pass up a $30,000 job...I wont be calling them again.
