Home Instead Senior Care is a wonderful company with so much to offer! If your loved one needs a companion, a helping hand, or just some extra TLC, Home Instead is the place to call! The caregivers are kind and compassionate individual's who dedicate their lives to helping others. They can provide your loved one with a variety of activities such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding; or even assistance with cooking, cleaning, transportation, and shopping. My experience with Home Instead has been absolutely wonderful! I highly recommend this company!

We had the team from Home Instead Massillon for fourteen weeks. Our father was bedbound for the whole time. Our aides were more than competent. They were respectful, cheerful, hard-working, attentive, and sensitive for a 90-year old man who suddenly needed every aspect of personal care while immobilized in a bed. They followed my directions as the daughter caregiver in terms of foods, habits, orthopedic management of multiple fracture sites, skin care, and worked seamlessly with the Hospice team. We had great separation anxiety from not only our consistent caregivers , but the company owners, a family of three who never failed to fill our shifts so I could work a demanding job, and who got us two wonderful helpers from midnight to the day shift the last three weeks when exhaustion was really setting in. They were all not afraid of the many physical changes in our dad, including minimal eating, aggressive bowel management, and meeting his wishes to move in the bed, a constant challenge due to his limitations. They kept his bed and body immaculate, so my evenings with him maintained their quality. They were most helpful to our many visitors, some of whom stayed several days. They gave me great emotional support for Dad's inevitable passing. I would highly recommend this agency for anyone's care, especially someone with fewer needs than our father did. It was just good to know that they could handle such serious medical issues.
