I had a great buying experience with Andy Ackerman at Waikem Ford. Great service! I will go back for my next vehicle purchase.

After completion of a close to 20k repair at the body shop and taking it back 2 times the repairs are still not correct and the body shop manager told me i didnt have a right to raise my voice and to get out of his face before he stormed out of the service department. So after Waikem Nissan body shop had the vehicle for 6 weeks finding multiple unrepaired items and asking that they be fixed. The vehicle still is not fully repaired
