On August 26th 2013 I paid $1760.00 to have a large maple tree removed from the backyard of a home I own in ******** *****. The branches were trimmed that day, but after several months and many no shows, the tree is still standing. The owner (**** ******* told me the job was much bigger than he originally thought, and that they would need more help to finish it. After several months of them not showing up when promised, he stopped returning my calls and messages. Besides the branches they initially trimmed off, the rest of the tree is still standing. They also damaged the siding on the house during the initial limb removal. After checking with the BBB this seems to be their standard practice of taking a customers money and not performing the job.
