I've lived in massillon for many years and i've always loved the coffee cup. but i recently ate there and was highly dissapointed. I had the shrimp po boy and i had to drown it in ketchup just to make it edible and not a complete waste of money. i will definitely not be eating there again.

The Coffee Cup Restaurant has been in business for many years. Change of ownership was not an improvement. I wouldn't feed my dog the kind of slop they serve. I'm surprised anyone in Massillon still patronizes the restaurant. Miss Sunny the original owner would be dissappointed if she were to see the powdered eggs they serve for breakfast and the congealed slop that supposed to pass as food. Keep your money in your pocket. Your better off eating at home!

You know I've been to The Coffee Cup a few times, and each time it just gets worse and worse! Its like their employees/cooks just dont care if they make your food right or not! Honestly, I dont think I would EVER go back! Not even if I was starving!
