The only rating that I can give to this company is A+. Kevin, the owner, is friendly, polite and honest!. I have just started to flip houses here in Houston, and since day one, Kevin took his time to explain what AC I needed in the house. I got from him the best quote for the best service. I highly recommend him, and now he is part of my team for sure!.

I have used Bristow Heating and Cooling for almost 2 years now for homes I have in the Akron Ohio area. He is very honest and professional and will make sure the job is done right. Bristow HVAC is probably the most competitively priced heating and cooling company in the Akron (and surrounding area) . I will use him in all future HVAC needs. He is also one of the few contractors that I will leave a key, for entrance to a job, and not have any worries. I won't do that for just anybody!!! We moved into a condominium about 5 years ago and we've always had problems keeping it cold in the summer and warm in the winter (especially the master bedroom upstairs). We had multiple heating and cooling experts come out to diagnose the problem and give us quotes. Kevin was by far the most reasonably priced as well as the most knowledgeable. He can get to the bottom of your problem and fix it without charging you an arm and a leg.



Not only was our furnace too small for our condo but there were major problems with air flow as well as the duct work. Kevin was able to resolve all of these problems and I'm happy to say that we aren't sleeping in a sauna anymore!



The best thing about Kevin is that he does what is necessary to fix your problem and doesn't try to sell you unnecessary services or parts. Most of the other companies we called out only concentrated on selling us their warranty instead of diagnosing our issues properly. We really appreciate Kevin's no-nonsense approach as well as his expertise. Call Kevin out today - you won't be disappointed!
