We had no choice is choosing Aaronwood Title Agency. However, after having our closing statement prepared by them I would never recommend it. When all was said and done there were three glaring errors on the statement, 2 errors we were reimbursed for and the third was a miscalculation of taxes due for the last half of 2015. The taxes were misread and sellers were charged for a whole year. This was the third error and it will cost us over $1,500.00. I have no problems paying our fair share of the taxes, it's our responsibility, but I do feel Aaronwood Title Agency, because of its' sloppy prep work and the fact we paid them the full price for their services, owes us some reimbursement of their original charge for their services considering they didn't perform them correctly. Now we are stuck. This charge should have been included in the total package of monies due, instead we are left having to pay $1,500.00 out of pocket.
All things considered I feel we were overcharged for below grade services and a refund of the cost of your services should be refunded.
